Why Am I Doing This Again?
Despite cold and wet weather, too much rich food, and the general lethargy of the holidays I’ve stuck to my running plan. I’ve been running on the hilly terrain around my mother’s home for the last few days and my calves are pretty sore because of it. I took today off, and the drive home will prevent me from running for two more days, so I should be well rested by then.
